May Project Showcase 3

Working with a range of different projects from all around Australia, we continued May with a great week. Check out some the awesome projects we got completed this week.

THIS WEEKS PROJECTS

Red Hill Triple Occupancy

• Company: Architects Ring & Associates

• Project Type: Townhouses

• Project Size: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom.

With the goal of creating an amazing new residential space. Our friends over at Architects Ring & Associates have designed this incredible new project with plans to be built in Red Hill, Canberra. The new project plans to replace the existing lot with 3 townhouses, all with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a ground floor living, kitchen & dining area. There is also a double carport attached to each of the townhouses.

To get an effective and efficient way to showcase this new project, Architects Ring & Associates got in contact with us. We were more than happy to assist them in providing several 3D Renders of the project from inside and outside the new project.

Esplanade Grange Duplex

• Company: George Majda & Associates

• Project Type: Townhouses

• Project Size: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom.

Check out this incredible duplex project we were lucky enough to assist our friends at George Majda & Associates with recently. Our clients are designing two identical duplex’s along the Esplanade in Grange, South Australia. Located just meters from the beach, each of the proposed duplexs will contain a 2 x living areas, an open kitchen/dining area, a double garage and large deck on the ground floor. The 1st floor will contain an additional lounge area and 3 bedrooms.

Before making a vital decision to proceed our clients required first hand experience in bringing their project to life. We assisted them by providing a 3D Street Scape Render that shows the Esplanade facing side in High Dusk Definition. Additionally we provided 3D Interior Renders that take you through the master bedroom, bathroom and main living area.

Over 55 Lifestyle Home

• Company: Sea Spirit Lifestyle

• Project Type: New Home - Over 55’s Development

• Project Size: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom.

Check out this incredible project we recently assisted our friends at Sea Spirit with some 3D renders. Located an hour south from Port Macquarie, right on the east coast of Australia, this new home is one of many being built as part of a new over 55 age home development. The new project will contain 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/living area and an outdoor terrace.

In providing their clients the best possible insight into their future homes Sea Spirit Lifestyle got in contact and requested 3D Exterior Renders that showcase both inside and outside the new home.

May Project Showcase 2

Working with some smaller projects this week in both residential and commercial, we really enjoyed what we were able to achieve. Take a look at some of the projects that have stood out over the last week.

THIS WEEKS PROJECTS

Seacrest New Home

• Company: Golden Homes

• Project Type: Single Residential Home

• Project Size: 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom.

Our friends over at Golden Homes are designing this brand new, single story home to be advertised as one of their many packages to be built in New Zealand. The new home has an interesting layout that connects a double garage at each end of the property with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a central living, dining & entertainment area surrounding the kitchen. Additionally their is an outdoor alfresco at the back of the home that connects with the dining area.

We assisted Golden Homes by providing them with a number of 3D Streetscape Renders that showcase the house in both High Definition and High Dusk Definition. Additionally, our clients wanted the ability to test the waters with a few different designs. We worked closely with them and provided different finishes so they could see all the possibilities.

Inanga Lane New Home

• Company: Madison Park Homes

• Project Type: Double Story Residential Home

• Project Size: 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom.

Check out this incredible residential project our friends at Madison Park Homes have designed for their clients in Omaha, New Zealand. Just an hour south of Auckland, this property is ideally located on coastline and serves uninterrupted views of an area that feels almost untouched. Our clients are planning to build a brand new double story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living, dining, kitchen area and a double garage. The home will also have a games room, an office and plenty of deck space.

To get a first hand look on how their future project will look once completed we provided Madison park Homes with several 3D Renders that take you in an around the future project. We provided them with a 3D Streetscape of both the front and back of the property. Additionally we provided 3D Interior Renders that showcase the main bedroom, living area and bathroom.

Restaurant Fitout Canberra

• Company: Lekkier Fitout Design & Project Management

• Project Type: Restaurant Fitout

• Project Size: Sits 50.

Take a look at this new restaurant fit out we recently worked on with our good friends at Lekkier Fitout Design and Project Management. With plans to be built in Canberra, our clients have designed a unique restaurant that will sit 50 people.

To get first hand insight into the future of their project as well as the ability to get all the finer details right, our clients requested 3D Render's of their new fit out. Working closely with them, we were able to provide a number of different color schemes and finishes before deciding on the one that is just right. In the end we provided our clients with a number of 3D Render’s from different angles of the restaurant in High Definition. With the use of consumers were able to provide an extra effective finish.

May Project Showcase 1

A new month and that means new projects! We have worked on some incredible designs and projects in the past few weeks and have enjoyed every moment. Providing the best renders to our clients is why we do what we do. Take a look at some amazing projects we recently enjoyed working on.

THIS WEEKS PROJECTS

Kamira Road Residential Development

Take a look at this large residential project our friends at Marion Lane are assisting with the development of. Located in Wadalba on the Central Coast, our clients plan to subdivide what is currently 7 vacant lots and increase that to 12. There will be 9 x 390 square meter lots along Kamira Street and 3 x 280 square meter lots that face Oakwood Street. Our clients then plan to build 12 brand new homes, each similar in layout but with an individual design. Each of the homes will include 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living & kitchen area that opens to an outdoor patio and a double garage. With the exception of the smaller homes on Oakwood Street that will have 3 bedrooms and a single garage.

With goal of giving their potential clients real insight into their future project, Marion Lane got in contact and we helped them by providing 3d renders that take you through the new project. As can be seen above, we provided them with a 3D Streetscape of new the homes as well as a close up facade of one of the lots. Additionally we take you through one the of the new homes with 3D Interior renders that showcase the living, dining & kitchen area, a main bedroom & en suite.

Bruxner Crescent Dual Project

Our good friends over at Sand Sky Developments are designing this brand new dual home subdivision to be built along Bruxner Crescent in Lismore, NSW. The new project is for 2 new homes that will sit side by side and contain 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, dining and living area that is separated by a central stair case. The living area opens to a balcony that over looks the front of the property and below is the lower level entrance that opens to the stair case and double garage. We assisted Sand Sky Developments by providing them with 3D Street Scape Renders of both the new homes overlaid onto an environment that really brings this project to light.

April Project Showcase 4

April has been a great month for 3D Revolution. This week we worked with a number of small and medium residential projects in both Australia and New Zealand. Check out a few of our favorites this week.

THIS WEEKS PROJECTS

Murphy Street Townhouse

We recently assisted with an amazing project our friends at Peter Searl Design are planning to build later this year in Scarborough, QLD. Located right on the east coast of Australia, in between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, this proposed development is ideally located just meter’s away from the beach.

With the goal to create an incredible space to match the location, our clients are planning to create a three story townhouse project that contains five separate dwellings, raised above a communal parking garage. Each of the townhouses follow a similar design with the 1st floor containing the kitchen and living area and the 2nd floor containing the bedrooms and a bathroom. Townhouse 1 & 2 however are smaller than the others and have two bedrooms where the others have three.

To get this project on to the market and showcase detailed insight into their future project, we provided our clients with 3D Exterior renders of the finished development. As can be seen above we created an exterior render in High-Dusk Definition looking at the project from the driveway. Additionally we provided a 3D Interior Render that showcases one of the townhouses living & dining area.

Peppermint Cct Interiors

Take a look at this incredible residential project we were lucky enough to work with recently. Located in the northern suburbs of Wollongong, this new home to be is in amazing location that backs on to kilometers of rain forest within the Dharawal National park. Additionally it is less than 10 minutes from the east coast of Australia.

With plans to completely reinvigorate the home interior, our good friends at black bird design got in contact and requested some 3d renders of their future project and design. In just a few weeks we were able to provide them with detailed insight into the living room, kitchen and main bathrooms with our High Definition 3D Interior Renders.

Omaha Contemporary Home

Take a look at this incredible project we were lucky enough to recently work on. Located in Omaha, NZ our clients are looking to create a small but contemporary home with the use of box shapes to create a modern look similar to minimalist shipping container homes. Working closely with our clients we were provided models of the new project. With our 3D Realisation technology we were able to create incredible 3D Renders in High Dusk Definition that really showcase the new project with an effective finish. April Project Showcase 3

Continuing on our stride through April, this week we had the opportunity to work with some incredible projects in Australia and New Zealand. Check some of our best in 3D Render and Visualisation for the week.

THIS WEEKS PROJECTS

Jardine Street Home

Have a look at this incredible job we recently completed for our friends at Urban Trend Construction. We weren’t provided any plans for this project and instead were given completed models of the house. Working closely with our clients, we recreated their models with our amazing 3D Render & Visualization technology. We provided them 3 Exterior Renders that showcase the new project from several different angles. Additionally, we injected their rendered model into an amazing environment giving this project an extremely effective finish.

Awamutu Grove Sub Division

With the goal to expand on an existing single lot to include 4 separate homes. Design Network Architecture is working with our client to create this incredible subdivision project with plans to be built in the near future.

Located under 20 minutes away from Wellington, our clients are looking to divide the existing lot into 2 by splitting it in half with an extended driveway that leads through to lots 3 & 4 that sit just behind. Although the layouts are different, each of the 4 lots follow suit with single story home that contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study, an open kitchen/kining area and a double garage.

As there project is still in the planning and preparation stages, our clients wanted to provide the potential customers with detailed insight into their new home. As a result, our client got in touch and we assisted them by providing several 3D Renders showcasing the new homes being built.

Toukley Commercial Project

Check out this incredible commercial project we were lucky enough to assist our friends at BCAD Design with earlier this year. Our clients are designing a mixed development project along Main Road in Toukley, a small island suburb off the Central Coast, NSW. Located on the main road that connects Toukley to the main land, the project is proposed to have 2 stores on the ground floor, with access from the left side that leads to 8 parking spaces behind the lot. Both the 2nd and 3rd floor contain 4 x studio apartments that are all similar in size and design.

Before making a vital decision to proceed our clients required first hand experience in bringing their project to life. We assisted them by providing 2 x 3D Street Scape Renders that show their future project from different angles and how it will blend with the existing environment.

Gura Street Interiors

Take a look a look at this project we recently assisted with. Located in Kiama, 30 minutes south of Wollongong. This project boasts incredible views of the east coast of New South Wales. With plans to make some changes the existing lot our friends from Black Bird Design got in contact and requested some 3d renders of their future project. We provided them with several 3D Inerior Renders that showcase the Kitchen, Main bathroom & En-suite.

Burgess Hill Home

With the goal to create an amazing coastal home our clients have created this incredible project with plans to be built in Plymouth, just 10 minutes from the west coast of North New Zealand. As part of a proposed sub-division, our clients are looking to construct a large 3 bedroom home with a double garage, 2 bathrooms, a study, an open kitchen & dining, a separate living room and an out door patio area

To get detailed insight into their future project and how it would look with the surrounding environment, we provided our clients with 3D Exterior renders of the new home. As can be seen above we created an exterior render in High-Dusk Definition looking at the project from the driveway. Additionally we provided both the front and back facade in High Definition.

Berkeley Home Renovation

With the goal to completely reinvigorate the lot our friends at Creative Constructions & Design plan to give the existing home a new look by removing the garage area and really opening the surrounding space. Further more, they plan to create a declined level around the home that creates an open yet slightly private outdoor area.  

In providing their clients the best possible insight into their future homes Creative Constructions & Design got in contact and requested two 3D Exterior Renders that showcase the front and side facade. We really enjoyed working on this project and loved the amount our clients were able to fit into a such a small space.

April Project Showcase 1

Starting April in the best way possible. This week we worked on a number of projects along the east coast of Queensland. All the way from Brisbane to Townsville, check out some of the best projects for the week.

THIS WEEKS PROJECTS

Lindwall Street Apartments

Our good friends over at ANA Architects are designing this brand new, 4 story apartment project to be built along Lindwall Street in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD. The new project will contain 11, three bedroom units above an enclosed car garage. Each floor will have 4 almost identical units with the top floor having 3 as one is substituted for a communal recreation area.

We assisted ANA Architects by providing them a 3D Street Scape Render of the front of the apartment. Additionally we provided them with a 3D Interior Render of the main bathroom and a extra wide shot that showcases the kitchen, living and balcony area.

Gympie Terrace Duplex’s

With the goal to create an amazing coastal home for 4 families only 50 meter’s from the water, our friends at Icon Design have plans to create this incredible project in an ideal spot along the Noosa River. Located along Gympie Terrace, our clients have designed a dual duplex connected by a central driveway that leads straight on to the main road.

Although there are some slight differences in the design and layout, each of the duplex’s still pertain to theme of the project. Each of the duplex’s contain a 2 & 3 bedroom unit both with a study, 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen/living area and outside deck with an in ground swimming pool. Additionally the smaller of the units contains a single garage whereas the other is a double.

In assisting our clients in getting the best possible marketing material, we provided a number of 3d renders that showcase the new project. We provided them with 3d exterior renders of both the entire project from the front as well as one of the units back deck area. Additionally we take you through the living, dining & kitchen area from a number of different angles with our multi space renders.

Elliot Spring Homes

Check out this incredible project we recently assisted our friends at Martin Locke Design with some 3D renders. Located just 30 minutes from Townsville City, James Cook University and close to the Great Barrier Reef, this new home is one of many being built in the new Elliot Springs Community. The new project will contain 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen/living area and 2 additional lounge rooms that conjoin on to the bedrooms. Additionally there will be a large double garage and outdoor patio area.

In providing their clients the best possible insight into their future homes Martin Locke Design got in contact and requested three 3D Exterior Renders that showcase the front and side facade. At our clients request we also created these in High Dusk Definition and with the use of lighting techniques we gave this an incredible finish.

March Project Showcase 4

Last but not least. We have finished March off with a bang! Working on some incredible projects that have really push the boundaries of 3D Render and Realization. Check out some of the projects we completed this week.

My Vantage Homes

Have a look at this incredible job we completed recently for our friends at Vantage Properties. We weren’t provided any plans for this project as our clients only had rough models / renders at this stage. Our designers were able to work with what they had and re created 3 amazing properties rendered in High Dusk Definition for that extra WOW finish.

Blackwater State School Courts

Check out this school basketball court project we assisted with at Blackwater State School in Queensland. After collapsing in a wild storm early 2018, the previous covering was demolished. Working with the builders that are rebuilding an entire stadium we were asked to assist them by providing a number of 3D Renders showing the different stages of the build.

In the slide above you can see stages 1 & 2 as the new shelter is built and the reinforced. Below stages 3 & 4 can be seen, showing further structural building then a completely brick exterior being added to create an indoor court. We really enjoyed working on this project as it is a little different and were really happy with the end results.

Lekkier Bar Fit Out

Take a look at this bar and bistro refurbishment we recently worked on for our good friends at Lekkier Fitout Design and Project Management. Working with a large hotel group they are creating an entirely new look for the existing bar located in Canberra. Seating over 50 people we really loved the design of this space and the marble bar in particular.

We provided our clients with a 3D Render of both sides of the bar and bistro in High Definition and with the use of powerful lighting techniques were able to provide an extra effective finish.

Davies Street Townhouses

With the goal of creating a modern and inexpensive option within a regional community, our friends over at Willick Design are creating this incredible townhouse project with plans to be built later this year.

Located on Davies Street in Mansfield, our clients are looking to use what is currently a vacant lot to build 4 individual townhouse dwellings. Units 1 & 2 are identical and contain 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a small living, kitchen, dining area that overlooks the backyard deck and in ground swimming pool. Units 3 & 4 contain the same features with slightly different layouts to accommodate to the lot.

Working with our clients, we provided them with a 3D Site Perspective that shows the overall finished project from an elevated perspective. Additionally we provided them with a 3D Interior Render of one of the kitchen and living area’s, showing the incredible selection of contemporary colors and textures.

March Project Showcase 3

March has been a great month for 3D Revolution. This week we worked with a number of residential projects along the east coast of Australia providing a range of products from 3D Video Walkthroughs to 3D Colour Floor plans. Take a look at some of our favorites!

THIS WEEKS PROJECTS

New Homes Terranora

Have a look at this incredible dual project we helped our friends at Design Life Builders with recently. Both proposed lots have plans to be located in Terranora, Northern NSW. The first lot is a two story home that contains a large double garage, media room and the main entrance on the ground floor. On the floor above there is 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living, kitchen and dining area that opens up to the front balcony.

The 2nd lot is a single story building, with a fairly traditional square design that contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open living, dining and kitchen area that is all connected by a central hallway through the middle of the home.

To get first hand insight into their project and the ability to easily communicate this to their clients, Design Builders came to us for some 3D Renders and Floor Plans. As can be seen above we provided them with a 3D Exterior Render in High Dusk Definition for both of the lots front facade. Additionally we provided 2D Colour Floor Plans that show you a birds eye view of each layout. Which we know potential buyers love to see!

Sanctuary Cove Pavilion

Check out this amazing project we recently assisted with, located in Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast. Recently purchasing a neighboring block of land, with the help of our friends Auski Design, the home owners are planning to add an entertainment pavilion to the existing property. Furthermore they are planning to create hidden storage underneath the new extension.

Before making these changes to their home, the owners first wanted real insight into how it would look in a way that they can understand. So they got in touch and we provided them with two 3D Exterior Renders from opposite angles, showcasing the new entertainment pavilion with the existing property.

Serenity On Hillview

We really enjoyed working on this project in the last few weeks. Serrenity on Hillview is a new townhouse development that has plans to be built in Ashmore on the Gold Coast. Located closely to shopping centres, schools, Griffith University and just 10 minutes from the beach, these units are ideally located and equipped for busy couples and students.

The project will take over 2 existing lots to replace them with 21 townhouse villas, all slightly different in layouts but generally containing 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a small living, kitchen and dining area and a single garage. There a few that also contain a study and all villas have some variation of an outdoor area.

With the project yet to be completed, our friends at Remax Real Estate were in need of some material to kick start their marketing. To provide serious insight into their project we provided them with a 2 minute - 3D Video Walkthrough that takes you throughout one of the villas on both floors. Additionally we also provided them with 3D Colour Floor Plans for a number of the villas, providing further perspective into their project.

Eltham Dual Occupancy

Take a look at this new dual occupancy project we worked on this week with plans to be built in Eltaham, 45 minutes from Melbourne City, VIC. With the goal of creating 2 separate homes, our clients are planning to completely replace the existing lot with 2 properties that are both very similar in design and layout. Both will contain a master bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms and the main living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. On the 1st floor you have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional living area.

Working closely with our clients Levan Design, we provided them with a number of 3D Exterior Renders as they made the final decisions on their projects layout. During the process, our clients decided that they would like to see how a major change to one of the homes would look. We recreated the renders for them and they decided it was the best option moving forward. 3D Renders can be not only used to showcase your project but to help you design it. Reading from plans leaves a lot up to the imagination and can lead to unexpected results. We really enjoyed working on this project and assisting our clients in their design process.

Ohinihau Lane Residence

Check out this incredible residential project our friends at Ikonarc have designed for their clients on Ohinehau Lane in Charteris Bay, NZ. Just 40 minutes south of Christchurch, this property is ideally located on coastline and serves uninterrupted views of an area that is relatively untouched. Our clients are planning to add to the existent lot by adding a new separate house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open living, dining, kitchen area, gym and large double garage.

To get a first hand look on how their future project will look once completed we provided Ikonarc with an 3D Exterior of the back of the home. Additionally we provided them a 3D Interior Render of the open living area.

Ashmore Road Townhouses

With the goal of creating a modern and inexpensive option that is also functional. Our friends over at Bradwell Construction are creating this incredible townhouse project with plans to be built later this year.

Located just 15 minutes inland from Surfers Paradise, our clients are looking to make way with the existing residential properties so they can build 10 individual townhouse dwellings. Size does vary from townhouse to townhouse, with units 1 - 6 having 2 bed and bathrooms and units 7 - 10 having 3 bed and bathrooms. All of the units will have an open living, kitchen and dining area as well as a double garage. Which is remarkable considering the space they have to work with. Each of the townhouses will also have small deck, backyard or balcony or a combination of the three for the larger townhouses.

To get this project on to the market in the most efficient and effective way, Bradwell Construction got in contact and we were more than happy to help. In doing so we provided them with an extensive range of 3D Renders, Videos and Floor Plans that take you through out the entire project. As seen above, we show the living area, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom.

Additionally we provided Bradwell Constructions with a 2 minute 3D Walkthrough takes you through the front of project and into Unit 7 for a full view of one of the larger units. Finally we provided we provided our clients with these awesome 2D Color Floor plans that can provide even further insight into the future of this project and its end result for their potential clients.

AMP Capital Office

AMP Capital Office

Take a look at this brand new office fit out our friends at KHID Interior Design have envisioned for their clients AMP Capital, a large multi national investment company that serves Australia, New Zealand, USA and many countries across Asia. With plans to be located in South Melbourne this new office will contain 5 meeting rooms, over 30 work stations and employee facilities.

With the goal of creating an incredible space for AMP, our clients got in touch and we got working right away. We provided them with a number 3D Interior Renders that really brings their project to life, showcasing the floor entrance and work stations.
