THIS WEEKS PROJECTS
Gallucci Residence
Project Type: New Home Build.
Project Size: 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom + Study.
Location: Louella Street Venica CA. USA.
Check out this new home build we recently assisted with for a company out of California. Located in Venice CA. Our clients are building a brand new 2 story home with an incredible design and exterior. As you walk through the short hallway there is access to the double garage & staircase on the right and access to the study & bathroom on the left. Continue through and open up to an amazing kitchen and living area that connects the outdoor entertainment space, in ground swimming pool and back yard. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and numerous balcony spaces.
To create amazing marketing material that truly communicates their vision, our clients contacted us and we helped them out with 3D Renders that showcase their new home build. We created 3D Interiors of the main bedroom, living area and bathroom as well as 3D Exteriors of the front and back.
Allawah Road Extensions
Company: Baa Studio.
Project Type: House Renovation & Extension.
Location: 15 Allawah Road, Bundaberg.
Our friends at Baa Studio are helping their client to extend and renovate an existing property located in Bundaberg, Central QLD. In doing so they are extending the decking around the house to comfortably join the main house and granny-flat. Additionally, the main kitchen and living room and is being completely renovated.
With the goal of being able to show their clients how the future renovations would look, Baa Studios got in touch and requested High Definition 3D Renders of the project. We were more than happy to provide them with several 3D Interior Renders of the new Kitchen and Living area as well as a 3D Exterior Render of the front facade.

Location: 15 Ocean Avenue, Mackay QLD
Check out this incredible new home our friends at Urban Trend Construction are building on Slade Point in North Mackay. Located along Ocean Avenue, the bottom floor of the new home will contain a large island kitchen that over looks the lounge and dining area on a split level below. Connecting is a large media room, study and bathroom. On the 2nd floor is 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and master bedroom with en suite.
While planning and building, our clients wanted the ability to showcase there project and start selling. We assisted them by providing 3D Exterior Renders of the front and back facades.

Erekala New Home
Company: Urban Trend Construction

Project Size: 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom.
Location: Mackay, Queensland.
Take a look at this brand new project our friends at Urban Trend Construction are building in Mackay, Queensland. Located in the suburb of Erekala, Urban Trend are looking to create a brand new home for their clients that will contain 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a central living and dining area. What is interesting about this home is the decision to separate a lot of the rooms from central living area with an out door alfresco area. Within that area is a pool, out door kitchen and connecting to a gym, studio apartment and media room. It brings the home together for something quite spectacular.
To envision this amazing design to their clients Urban Trend got in contact and we helped them out with a few 3D Renders that showcase both the front and back exterior. Additionally, we created a snapshot of the amazing living & dining room interior.
Fairway Blvd Hope Island
Company: Resort Homes
Project Type: New Home
Project Size: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom.
Have a look at this amazing project we worked a little while a go. Our friends at Resort Homes were building a brand new home in Hope Island on the Gold Coast. Over two stories the home contains 3 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms, an open living and dining area with separate media room and several small alfresco’s surrounding the place.
With the goal to give their potential clients the best possible insight into their future project Resort Homes got in touch and we helped them a with a couple 3d renders. We were more than happy to assist them by providing a 3d exterior render that showcases the front entrance to the project as well as an interior render that showcases the living and kitchen area.

Golden State Duplex’s
Company: Golden State Property Developments
Project Type: Duplex
Project Size: 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom.
Location: Moreton Street, New Farm QLD.
Take a look at this brand new duplex project our friends at Golden State Property Developments are looking to build in Brisbane, Queensland. Located in the suburb of New Farm, just minutes from the CBD, our clients are looking to create a two story duplex. Although they are different in design, each of the homes will have an open single floor that contains the living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Where the 2 duplex’s differ are with the additions. Dwelling A has external studio apartment, Dwelling B with an external store. Both have a generous outdoor entertainment area and a double garage.
With the goal to give their potential clients the best possible insight into their future project Golden State Property Developments got in touch and we helped with the visualisation of their project. We provided them with 3D Renders that showcase both inside and outside their new project.

Project Size: 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom.
Location: James Croker Drive, Northern Mackay QLD.
Take a look at this unique renovation our friends at Urban Trend Construction are assisting with on James Croker Drive in Northern Mackay. Our clients are planning to give this home on acreage a complete external remake as well as extending the already existent house. They plan to connect the existing lot with the external garage to create a ground floor with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a double garage and a large open living, kitchen and dining area. This opens to a large outdoor entertainment space and swimming pool. Additionally, a 2nd floor was added to contain a large bedroom, en suite and retreat.
To get a first hand look on how their future project will look once completed we provided Urban Trend Design with two 3D Exterior Renders showcasing both the front and behind single facades. Additionally we provided them with a 3D Interior Render that showcases the open living space being overlooked by the 2nd story retreat.

Salacia Waterfront Apartments
Company: XL Architecture
Project Type: Waterfront Apartments
Project Size:
Location: Salacia Waters 17 Killowill Avenue, Paradise Point GC.
Take a look at this amazing new project we recently created 3D Realistic Renders for. Located on the Gold Coast, our friends at XL Architecture have designed this incredible waterfront project that will house over 20 apartments with uninterrupted views of the Paradise Point waterways. The team at Salacia Waters describe there new living spaces as “excitingly modern and also timelessly liveable, combining breezy coastal elegance with impeccable style”.
Each of the apartments have panoramic views of the marina, nature reserve and gardens that surround it. On the inside are spaces designed to maximize sunlight.
As a project that is still under construction, our clients were looking for a way to effectively market there first stage to potential customers. As a result XL Architecture got in touch and we assisted them with several 3D Exterior Renders that showcase the new apartments and the surrounding environment.

New Home Interiors
Check out this Interior only project we recently completed. Provided with just models out team remodeled our clients project to create these images. With the use of new visualisation technology, we are able to showcase this project in a way that blurs the line between reality and digital art.
To showcase there design, our clients got in touch and we provided them with two 3D Interior Renders that showcases the Kitchen & Living areas.

Take a look at this amazing new project we recently assisted our friends at Stelson Homes with. With plans to create a modern home for 2 families our clients are planning to replace the existing lot with a set of new Duplex’s. Located just minutes away from the Mornington peninsular, each of the new homes will contain a double garage, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a ground floor living & kitchen area that backs on to the outdoor pergola.
With the goal to provide the best possible marketing material to their potential clients, Stelson Homes got in touch with us. We assisted them by providing a number of 3D Renders that showcase both the front exterior and main interior areas of the new home.

3 different houses in 3 different ways. Check out these incredible new homes we are assisting our friends at Fowler Homes with as part of a large Residential Development they are planning to build. Located in the small town of Silverdale off the east coast of New Zealand, our clients are planning to build multiple new homes in an area going through a period of growth.
With each of the homes having a completely different look, our clients are looking to create both 3 and 4 bedroom homes to keep up wit common family trends.
In order to get there un built project to the market in a way people can understand, Fowler Homes got in contact and requested some 3D Renders. We provided them with 3D Exterior Renders that showcase of the new homes to be built.

West Hills Subdivision

Project Type: Large Subdivision
Project Size: 50+ Lots.
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Our good friends at Universal Homes are in the process of creating an incredible new subdivision development that will see over 30 new homes built in the 1st stage alone. Situated on a private road off Fred Taylor Drive, this new project is located in the northern Auckland suburb of Massey, just 20 minutes from the CBD.
To effectively take their new homes to market as they are being built, Universal Homes got in contact and were after 3D Renders that could showcase the new project. We were more than happy to assist them by providing 3D Streetscape Renders that showcase 5 of the homes currently being built.
Geelong Subdivision
Company: Ray White Geelong
Project Type: Small Subdivision
Project Size: 3 Bed & 3 Bath.
Location: Geelong, Victoria.
Check out this incredible project our friends at Ray White Geelong are working with in Geelong, Victoria. The existing lot is being completely demolished and subdivided to make room for 3 brand new homes. Each of the new homes will contain a similar layout with an open living & kitchen area, main bedroom and en-suite on the ground floor. On the second floor there are 2 additional bedrooms, a study and bathroom. There is a patio area attached to the back of each house as well.
To get the best possible marketing material for their potential clients, Ray White Geelong got in touch to get some 3D Renders of their next project. We assisted them by providing a 3D Streetscape Render showcasing the front exterior for each of the homes.

Take a look at this amazing project we were lucky enough to work on with our friends at Architects Ring & Associates. Provided just a model of the concept, we worked closely with our clients to bring their project to life. We created a 3D Streetscape of the front as well as an Interior Render of the main bathroom. We really enjoyed working with ARA on this project and can not wait to see it come to fruition in future.

Kaihuia Grove New Home

Project Size: 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom.
Location: Kaihuia Grove, Levin.
Take a look at this incredible new home we were really happy to work on with our friends at Fresh Architecture last year. Located in Levin, a small town on the north island of New Zealand, this brand new property is a modern piece that is sure to be amazing once it has been completed. Inside the new home you will find 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen and two spacious lounge areas on the ground floor with other additions; an office and large laundry. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with en suite and balcony access.
To gain incredible insight into the future project before completion our friends at Fresh Architecture got in touch for some assistance with there marketing material. we were more than happy to provide them with several 3D renders that really showcase their new home. We provided them a 3D streetscape from the front of the property as well as three interior shots that take you through the lounge room and en-suite bathroom.

With the goal to subdivide an existing lot into 5 separate homes, our friends at Linear Design & Drafting have designed this incredible townhouse project along Primary School Court in Maroochydore. Ideally located just 10 minutes from the east coast of Australia, each of the townhouses will contain 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and all of the essentials in a traditional layout with living downstairs and bedrooms above. Each unit will also have a single garage with in house access.
To get the best possible marketing material for their potential clients, Linear Design & Drafting got in touch to get some 3D Renders of their next project. We assisted them by providing a 3D Streetscape render of the exterior as well as an 3D Interior renders of the main living area.

With the goal to create an amazing home our clients have created this incredible project with plans to be built in Upper Hutt, just 30 minutes from Wellington. As a part of a large estate being built, our friends at Gillies Realty Professionals are assisting their clients with the marketing of this new 3 bedroom home. The new home will contain 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen / living area, a double garage. and multiple patio areas.
To get detailed insight into their showcase home, we provided our clients with 3D Exterior renders of the new home from several angles.

Take a look at this incredible project we were lucky enough to recently work on with our friends at Ramsay Builders. Our clients are designing three identical townhouses along Through Road in Camberwell. Just 30 minutes away from the Melbourne CBD.
With goal to create a small yet contemporary living space, our clients new townhouses will include an open living / dining area, kitchen , 1 bedroom and single garage. On the floor above there will be an additional 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small balcony.
Before taking it upon themselves to start this project, Ramsay Builders got in touch to get some assistance with their marketing material. We assisted them by providing a large render package that takes you in and around the townhouse project from several angles. In the 1ST window you can see the exterior renders that we created. Additionally the 3D Interior Renders can also be seen below.

3 different projects in 3 different ways. Our friends at Universal Homes are creating a large subdivision project along Hayfield Way in Karaka, New Zealand. Located just 30 minutes from Auckland our clients are creating multiple new homes in the area all with a unique design and look. Each of the homes however are similar in their layout and features, all based around a central open plan kitchen / living area offering plenty of room for the family. On the 2nd floor you have the master bedroom, main bathroom, study room and all remaining bedrooms.
To assist Universal Homes with the marketing of their new projects, we assisted them with a number of 3D Exterior Renders that showcase the to be built projects in the best possible way to their clients.

The Convertible House

Project Type: Tiny Home / Convertible Home
Project Size: 2 Bedroom + Studio
Location: Belgrave, VIC.
Check out this incredible tiny home project our friends at Designology are working on in Belgrave Victoria. With the goal to create a contemporary space that is both affordable and convertible, our clients have designed something really special. Located in an ideal area just minutes away from the local football club and schools this new project is planned to be built just under an hour away of Melbourne.
Our clients are looking to create a two story house that has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study and an open kitchen / living area on top floor alone. On the bottom floor is a large rumpus room and laundry that opens on to the double car port.
To provide their clients with the best possible marketing material, Designology got in contact and requested a number of 3d renders that showcase the new home. Take a look at some of the exteriors that we provided for this project.

With the goal to design an amazing new home that uses modern shapes and textures to create an outstanding finish, our good friends at Clickworks got in touch to get some assistance with their marketing material. Located in a small village just 20 minutes from Christchurch. Our clients are creating a brand new home that will have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge room and a double garage all surrounding a central living & kitchen area.
With the goal to not only provide the best marketing material to their clients, but to assist in the decision making process, Click Homes got in touch. Not entirely sure on the direction they wanted to go with their colors, they wanted all of the options on the table. We were more than happy to assist them by proving a number of High Definition 3D Renders that showcase the exterior of the new property from several different angles.

We were recently lucky enough to assist our friends at Huxley Design with this incredible project featuring a centrally located Atrium within the new home build. Located in Perth, on the west coast of Australia, this new home will feature 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large open living / Kitchen area that backs on to the out door alfresco area. In addition. the new home will contain extras such as a large office, reading room a double garage and a central atrium that connects the entire house.
In providing their clients the best possible insight into their future homes, Huxley Design got in contact and requested some 3d interior renders that feature what is probably the most eye catching part of this build. The central Atrium.

Garnett Street Townhouses

Project Size: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom.
Take a look at this brand new townhouse project our friends at Travis Drenth Constructions are looking to build in Cooroy, Queensland. Located in a small town, 30 minutes from the Sunshine Coast, our clients are looking to create five, two story townhouses. Each of the units have an open single floor that contains the living, dining and kitchen area as well as an additional media room. On the 2nd floor the units have either 1 or 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on both.
With the goal to give their potential clients the best possible insight into their future project Travis Drenth Constructions got in touch and we helped with them a with a couple 3d renders. We were more than happy to assist them by providing a 3d exterior render that showcases the front entrance to the project as well as an interior render that showcases the single floor.
Rolleston Subdivision

Project Type: 4 bed 2 bath / 2 bed 1 bath.
Project Size: Subdivision - House & Unit.
Location: Rolleston NZ.
With the goal to create two incredible homes as part of the Falcons Landing subdivision, our good friends at ClickWorks are assisting their clients in designing this project containing a full house and unit within the one lot. Essentially this a duplex with uneven proportions. Located in Rolleston, just 30 minutes from Christchurch New Zealand.
The main house is quite large with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living / kitchen area and an additional office space. The attached unit is much smaller with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a double and single garage attached respectively

Check out this incredible project we recently assisted our friends at Herbert & Howes with some 3d renders. Located 10 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, our clients are planning to build an extravagant house with great entertainment value. Some of the features that stand out with this build is the in ground pool, walk in robes and pantry and the outdoor terrace / entertainment area.
